Week In Pictures
Recent happenings through the eyes of my phone camera.
I'm back to regular polish and it feels so good! One of my favorites - OPI Sapphire in the Snow.
A few weeks ago we transitioned Bradley from being swaddled in the swing, to flat back in the bassinet and with the help of Baby Merlin Magic Sleepsuit we have had extreme success! Parent win!
Shameful selfie - but Kelly at Brogan Skinworks is a genius with crappy brows like mine! If you are even half as brow obsessed as I am and live in the Twin Cities you are silly to not be going to her!

Sweet little man with Grandma after a bath.

These two have been amazing me - blossoming friendship!!
I think I giggled for a solid 45 minutes over this! And I am guilty of it, too! :)
Lindsey took some super fun pics of my friend Michelle for her cupcake business! Dying to see the final pics!!

Sprinkles turned 7 a few weeks ago! My little love!
Baby carrier fail. I need a class on how to use these things (don't worry - he was out in about 30 seconds).

Surprise treats from my friend/neighbor Nicole to brighten a bad day. So grateful for sweet friends!

The Christmas jammies are out in full effect! :)

Of course my jammies have been holiday themed, too!

So have my mom's! :)

I need to post my Christmas decor pics! It is very festive in our home!!

Love having pics of my boys in my cube. :)
Bradley's first El Toro experience! :) Had to snap a pic before we got him out of his carrier because he looked too cute.

Love love love this from the Paper Source catalog. Real families come in all forms!

We had a bit of a Santa fail with our holiday pics...
Love any and all moments I can get with my mini man.

Holiday socks and a messy nursery. Typical.

The Freddy's eating has been out of control...

Somebody is loving Sophie!

All bundled up!

Sprinkles always has her eyes on me. :)

Sweetest little sleeping face.

Playing with daddy! And daddy getting lick attacked by the girls! :)

3 month pics!

Kisses from daddy!

New nap spot - in my work bag!

Snuggle man.

Love capturing classic faces like this! :)

The perfect Starbucks ornament for me! I am an unsweetened black iced tea drinker so I love having the cold cup ornament! :)
Outfit planning for daycare!
Caught him sucking on the same two fingers I did as a baby!

My heart. <3

First week of Kindergarten Back to School Printable
I want to thank each of you who left a comment on my last post.
Thank you for the encouragement & for letting me know I am not along about being scared/anxious/excited about Kate starting Kindergarten.
The first week of Kindergarten is in the books and it has been great!
Kate absolutely loves it.
Words straight from her mouth....
"Kindergarten is awesome!"
The first day was only 2 hours long and the parents stayed the entire time

(so, the 2nd day of school was really the first "real" day of school)
Her teacher (who we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE)
Her teacher had a cute classroom scavenger hunt for the students & parents to do as a way to get to know the classroom.
Her teacher (who we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE)

2 of my favorite quotes from the week were:
1. On Thursday, their class had music. Kate said she couldn't wait to go to music class because, "I just know we are going to sing Jesus Loves Me, that is the best song!"
1. On Thursday, their class had music. Kate said she couldn't wait to go to music class because, "I just know we are going to sing Jesus Loves Me, that is the best song!"
We had to explain to Kate that she goes to a public school and that they probably won't sing that song in music class. Doh.
2. Kate really wants homework (crazy kid). On Friday, she said to me:
"I can't believe I have been in Kindergarten for a week & I still don't have homework. I just really want to do homework. I have been waiting all summer for it."Oh, Kate. I hope you have that enthusiasm about homework when you are in middle school & high school.

We decided to make Kate's teacher some cookies as a way to let her know that we are excited to be in her class. I made my favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies, put them in a mason jar & stuck it in a brown lunch bag with some washi tape.

In the lunch bag, I also included a little questionnaire for her teacher that I made.
I saw a similar idea on Pinterest, but wanted to make my own version of it.Kate's teacher gave it back to us the next day all filled out.
I think it turned out so cute, so I thought I would share it with you so you can give it to your kid's teachers to fill out! It makes giving them gifts so much easier if you know what they like!

Week In Pictures
Recent happenings through the eyes of my phone camera.
Mini Vikings fan!
Special fruit delivery from my parents! Helps us get through these MN winters!
Just chilling.
Friends! Still can't believe Chimi and Sushi are not only making peace but breaking bread. :)

Bradley and Boo! Trying to force him to love on Boo. :)

Loving rolling on the floor and talking!

More floor fun.

Nate went to check on Bradley and it seemed like he was gone for a while. Turned on the monitor and there he was sleeping with his hand in the air! :)

The snuggliest.

Bradley's new favorite place to be! We bought this from a JBF sale for $10 before he was born. Good find!! :)

Snuggly sisters.

I always have lots of snack and beverage options at work each day!
So me!!
I die over cute outfits like this! And his sweet face!

Bradley's first New Year's Eve and first New Year's Eve outfit! :)

Ringing in the new year with Dad.
Sprinkles also enjoyed NYE!
NYE nails! I have bit them down to stubs so I need to get back on track with my polish changes. Maybe that should be my resolution!

I was so sad to take down our Christmas decor like always. Last chance for quite a few months to enjoy my favorite ornaments!
Always takes me a while to attack it all.

We took Bradley to Benihana! He wasn't as impressed as we were hoping. :)
My view ALL DAY LONG. I will keep up as long as I can but figuring out how to get more supply, how much he drinks versus how much we have in fridge, when we will run out, is EXHAUSTING! Cheers to all of you moms in this struggle, too! We can do it!
It should be illegal for Target to sell these cookies. They disappear way too fast.

Bradley had his first trip to Clear Lake! He was excited for tummy time with Papa.

Love when these girls snuggle! Melts my heart!

Back seat road trip time.
The marquee light obsession continues...got this for my parents for Christmas!

Baby Bradley camouflage!

Testing out the high chair! We haven't started solids but he likes to sit at the dinner table with us. :)

New sweater from my mom! Bradley loved it, too. :)
Love all of his faces. So much personality!

Bradley's 4 month check up was a success! 70th percentile for weight and 97th percentile for height. Makes sense. :) He loves his pediatrician, too!

We need groceries BAD so got sushi for dinner. AMAZEBALLS! (Green dragon roll).

Our whole house looks like this - a disaster. Who wants to be my personal chef/assistant/house cleaner/stylist? :)

The mess exhausts Chimi, too.

We are going to Disney World soon so I have been focused on all things Mickey Mouse, even in my work wardrobe! :)

Instagram shot. :)
Bradley always wants to be held in the mornings which makes it a tad difficult to get ready and leave for work. I set him down when I stir my iced coffee and prop him up with his daycare bag. His face cracks me up!

Minnesota weather is killing us!! Staying warm as best we can.

Our smiley man is so happy tomorrow is Friday!!

TGI (almost) F!!
